Scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a formal agreement. Additional requests or work beyond scope may incur extra charges.
11. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is expected upon delivery or in accordance with agreed milestones. Late payments may result in paused services.
12. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, materials, and access to systems required to complete the work. Delays on the client’s part may affect timelines.
13. Cancellations & Refunds
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable after work begins. Any work completed before cancellation must be paid for in full.
14. Accuracy & Visual Representation
We aim to represent services and visuals accurately, but device settings, browsers, and screen variations may cause differences in appearance. Studio Flux cannot guarantee visual accuracy on all devices.
15. Third-Party Links & Content
Links to external websites or advertisements are for informational purposes only. Studio Flux is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites.
16. Limitation of Liability
Studio Flux shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or services. While we strive to maintain uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute security.
